Nasi Ayam Penyet is a typical Indonesia food from eastern Jawa. It's normally serve with spicy sambal with a piece of chicken, tempe and few slice of cucumber. Typically the chicken are marinated with herb and fried until crispy or golden colour.
Lately there is a new menu at the Restaurant Mari-Mari at Sabah Trade Centre and i'm so so addicted with it. They sale it for RM9.00 per dish, so is not cheap. I heard from my colleague that one of the restaurant somewhere Alamesra also got Nasi Ayam Penyet. According from them the potion of the chicken are bigger from here, more tastier and even cheaper. I'm looking forward to try it there.
