Satay ayam

Hi....ni pertama kali menulis blog dalam versi melayu. So kita nak sharekan resepi satay ayam yang saya rasa sedap la. Dalam kegawatan ekonomi ni baik kitorang berjimat cermat sedikit, tetapi masih boleh menikmati makanan yang lazat. Tahu la kadang-kadang budak-budak ni banyak ragamnya. Secucuk satay ayam ditempat kami RM0.80 so kalau 10 cucuk dah RM8.00.

Saya hanya menggunakan 500gm ayam sahaja. Dengam itu, pandai-pandai la nak membahagikan bahan-bahan dibawah.

Bahan- bahannya
10 Kilo ayam
41/2 kilo gula 
5 senduk serbuk kunyit
1 senduk rempah ketumbar
1/2 senduk jintan 
11/2 garam
5 senduk serai, halia n lengkuas yang telah dikisarkan sekali

Cara-caranya
- Dadukan ayam tadi lebih kurang 1cm 
-Gaulkan gula bersama ayam
-Masukan garam, jintan, ketumbar dan serbuk kunyit
-Masukan serai, halia dan lengkuas
-Gaul sehingga sebati
* Saya perap ayam tersebut dalam masa 6 jam, lepas tu saya cucuk satu persatu.

Menggunakan electric grill untuk memanggang (malas hendak menghidupkan arang)
Maafla...tak sempat mengambil gambar rupa satay yang telah siap dibakar. Selamat mencuba...

Kelly Bays, Tuaran, Kota Kinabalu

I my self as a Sabahan, never been there but my husband as a tour bus driver always sending tourists that come visited Sabah. I think this is a really amazing and adventures place that you should visit. If you have the opportunity of visiting Sabah, one of the interesting places, it would be Kelly Bay's.

Kelly Bays located at Kg. Laya-Laya, Tuaran, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. It take 40 minutes leisure drive from Kota Kinabalu City to the Jetty. Then all visitor will take a 5 minute ferry ride from jetty to the beach. On the way our tourist guide in town will a short introduced about the Mangrove forest and the river.

Kelly Bays is the unique place that facing both river and sea. I think there is the only transport that can be use to reach there "Floating Pondok".

Kelly Bay also provided some of the watersport activities like water bicycle, boat rides, body surfing and many more. If you get bored of the salty water then you can swim at the river too.

Beside of water, there also have Batik house. Show your artistic batik painting, who care if you don't have the talent. Not to worry if you get hungry after all the tiring activities, they serve a local delicate, bbq or buffet.
