Last night i was shortage of daily lactobacillus supplement for my son. Luckily this morning i manage to get it because is very hard to get a parking there. In front of the pharmacy there is a lot of hawkers that selling food, meat and vegetable at the parking lot. Most of the residents going there to get their daily needs.
Not all bacteria are bad, in fact our body needs a certain amount of bacteria to function properly. This helpful bacteria is also a popular probiotic. I have try a few type of supplement that contain probiotic but this is one of my favorite type. One sachet contain 30 billion of actived bacteria. It contain a few type of good bacteria like lactobacillus acidophilus, bifidobacterium longum, lactobacillus paracasei, lactobacillus rhamnosus, lactobacillus fermentum, lactobacillus helveticus, streptococcus thermophilus and enterococcus faecium.
For my opinion, i really like this product because when consuming it can improving appetite and boosted his antibody so he will not get sick so easily.
