Steam egg with pork my mom style

Sometime i really miss all my mom cooking, because she live far a way from me so its hard to taste all her cooking. Everyone know that's mom cooking always be the best even it's just a simple dish.

Ingredient :
1/2 cup of reservative vegetable 
200gm of pork mince 
4 egg
100ml of water 
fried garlic
pinch of salt
pinch of white pepper
a dash of sesame oil

Preservative vegetable (Tianjin cabbage)
pork mince
4 egg
wash and chop the preservative vegetable
Method :

mixed 4 egg and the pork mince
add preservative vegetable and mixed, 
add salt and pepper
add water and mix well
add some fried garlic together with the oil (not to many oil just enough)
Steam in medium heat about 15 minute and drizzle with sesame oil
