Pork poriddge

Get bored of rice and spaghetti, today we decide to have a light meal for lunch, Pork Porridge. 
Ingredient :
1 and half cup of rice
1 cup of pork
1 cup of shredded carrot
ginger
2 stalk of coriander
1 stalk of green onion

Method:
Wash the rice and put some sesame oil about 1 tsp and soak for 10 minute
Slice some pork and marinade it with 1 tsp of soy sauce and pinch of white paper
Shredder carrot 
2100ml of water, bring to boil
for the stock :  add pork and ginger
add coriander and green onion bring to boil about 10 minute
Remove everything, now you can have a nice pork stock

add the soak rice and shredded carrot into the stock, cook for half an hour with medium fire

then add the slice pork and cook for another 15 minute and add some salt to taste
for serving add some fine chop coriander, green onion, fried onion and sesame oil
