Lotus root and pork soup

Ingredient :

500 g Pork bone
100g lotus root
200g carrot
400g radish
13 nos. of red dates
2 nos. of Shiitake Mushroom
Salt to taste

Method :
Pork bone
Rinse with boil water to remove some fat 
soak some shiitake mushroom and red date
cut into half and remove the seed
Shiitake mushroom also cut into half
Radish, Lotus root and carrot
Bring the water to boil and add red date and mushroom
Cut all into bit size
Add the pork
add all the vegetable
final add some spring onion and coriander (Chinese parsley)

Note :
Cook for about 1 and half hour.
