500 g Pork bone
100g lotus root
200g carrot
400g radish
13 nos. of red dates
2 nos. of Shiitake Mushroom
Salt to taste
Method :
Pork bone |
Rinse with boil water to remove some fat |
soak some shiitake mushroom and red date |
cut into half and remove the seed |
Shiitake mushroom also cut into half |
Radish, Lotus root and carrot |
Bring the water to boil and add red date and mushroom |
Cut all into bit size |
Add the pork |
add all the vegetable |
final add some spring onion and coriander (Chinese parsley)
Note :
Cook for about 1 and half hour.
