Last week i bring my children to visit Crocodile Farm which located in Tuaran, Kota Kinabalu. During exiting the farm i notice there is a bunch of crocodile egg display on top of the counter. I though it was only for display but it was for sale. I never cook a crocodile egg for my entire life. So i brought 2 for RM 6.00 (on that time got promotion buy 1 free 1). I gave it to my sister 2 eggs because i think my family didn't dare to try it.
The sale girl though me to mix 1 chicken egg with 1 crocodile egg, that's really interesting.
This is the omelet that i have done.
